Majid Al Futtaim Properties presently has a job opening for suitably qualified and experienced candidate for position of an Investment Analyst. The successful candidate will carry out feasibility studies, market research and other financial analysis to support the company’s investment strategy.

Duties of An Investment Analyst

• Investigate and analyze investment deals on behalf of Majid Al Futtaim Properties.
• Follow up and gather all inputs from different business units and prepare presentations for the review of the Director of Investments.
• Conduct simple investment screening of investment opportunities and projects also create and update portfolio valuation models.
• Participate the investment process of new investments against the value creation plan.
• Prepare materials for investment committees, valuation of real estate assets, cash flow models.
• Review potential opportunities for Joint Venture & investment partnership or any other types of project funding and financial restructuring investments and prepare financial analysis for it.
• Support asset management activities throughout the investment lifecycle including tracking and improving performance dashboards and developing additional reports relevant to management.
• Participate in preparation of go/no-go decision for bidding also support in due diligence matters.

Requirements for role of Investment Analyst

The eligibility Requirements for role of Investment Analyst are as under: 

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field CFA is a plus.
• 1-2 years’ experience in investment banking.
• Experienced ideally gathered in investment banking, strategic consultancy, asset management or private equity.

Skills Desired

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Very good analytical & reporting skills.
• Solid understanding of fundamental concepts and theories in regard to investment and asset management.
