Job Description

Internal & External Communication Manager at Nestle will be responsible for driving internal & external communications in alignment with the Regional Communications team. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 12000-25000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Internal & External Communication Manager

  • Driving Internal Communications Road Map in alignment with the Regional Communication Strategy while utilizing, enhancing and creating the different platforms of communication (the Nest, Workplace, DARE m.e.)
  • Manage internal communication projects and create quality instruments e.g. Creating and leading on corporate communication projects and supporting Brand Project communication across the Cluster.
  • Driving the Cluster events leading multiple suppliers for the conference and Dare awards Dinner event.
  • Organize and manage media interviews, events, and press releases in line with the corporate narrative.
  • Support and advise internal stakeholders (BEOs, Brands…etc.) in their media activities. Provide Media Training for internal stakeholders based on the business need.
  • Govern the corporate brand narrative positioning and prepare position statements.
  • Communicate information that either anticipates or is simultaneous with external release in a timely manner.
  • Support in designing communication programs tailored to the diverse employee groupings e.g. Videos and live broadcast, Q&A.
  • Manage different communication channels (both internal and external) to ensure consistency and creativity of messages including creative agency, planning and executing campaigns, digital, influencers, stakeholders’ management, PR.
  • Identify change situations requiring special communications efforts such as digital internal communication platforms such as nest, Workplace and DARE me app.

Requirements for Role of Internal & External Communication Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years communications experience.
  • Experience of working in different business functions.
  • Communications agency / journalism or writing experience desirable.
  • Digital/ Social Media Communication experience.
