Innovation Project Manager Aramex UAE

Aramex is presently hiring suitably qualified and experienced candidate for the role of an Innovation Project Manager in Dubai. The selected candidate will ideate, consult, manage and scale transformational and innovative products and programs.

Duties of Innovation Project Manager 

• Research, ideate, benchmark, and evaluate transformational products/programs and build use cases to integrate them into the Aramex ecosystem.
• Use cases should highlight all expected products/programs qualitative and quantitative impact on Aramex.
• The candidate is expected to persevere towards building and scaling new products.
• Drive end-to-end innovation products/programs lifecycle activities by working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
• Build a solid understanding of Aramex’s existing services, solutions, and products and become the go-to reference for owned products or programs and how they interact and integrate with the existing ecosystem.
• Define the strategy and implementation roadmap for owned innovation products/programs in alignment with stations and regions on priorities, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with product, digital, CX and other cross functional teams on building and continuously enhancing products to achieve further integration, optimization and stability.
• Work with stations and regions on evaluating opportunities for transforming processes, products and translate these requirements to product/program roadmaps.
• Create program and project management frameworks to launch and scale new products and analyze the optimization or revenue impact.
• Work closely with stations to further develop products, brands and their offering, pricing along with designing innovative solutions for the internal/external customer.
• Continuously adapt and propose new ideas to tackle bottlenecks and ensure timely products/programs implementation.
• Analyze in depth and report on the collected data pertaining to the deployment and progress of the products/programs launched, identify gaps and challenges, and recommend improvements accordingly.

Requirements for role of Innovation Project Manager 

The eligibility requirements for role of Innovation Project Manager are as under:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Engineering or sciences.
• 3-6 years of experience in fast moving operations, startups, Consulting, Accelerators and incubators.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple products/programs simultaneously.
• Ability to capitalize on strong communication and persuasion skills to drive timely completion of projects.
• Excellent command in English (both written and spoken). Arabic language knowledge is a plus.
