Job Description
Information Systems Specialist at Nespresso (brand linked to Nestle) in 3rd Floor, Dubai World Central HQ Building Near New Al Maktoum International Airport, Dubai, UAE AE will provide functional ERP and Complementary Application support to Nespresso to ensure smooth operation within our geographical scope. This is an Intermediate level Temporary time job. And salary can range between 10000-20000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Information Systems Specialist
- User and Business Support:Â Manage first level incidents and requests for their Corporate office and Retail stores within local authorized
- Collaborate with higher support tiers and vendors when no solutions are identified or deemed viable
- Review support services, use of technology, and problem areas. Communicate and highlight recurrent systems and applications issues/problems to Analyst(s) and Manager(s)
- Automate basic business processes using Microsoft Power Platform
- System Administration:Â Support and collaborate with User Management Team on the administration of ERP security and permissions
- Support routine system and security audits for active Business Solutions to ensure applicable technology controls are applied and segregation of duties is implemented
- Assist in periodic testing of enterprise systems in accordance with the global versioning and release calendar
- Collaborate with other Analysts and Specialists in the region, as well as responsible Nespresso and Nestle teams, to create synergy, increase reuse and reduce waste in technology landscape
- Project Support:Â Manage and supports transitioning of projects through their evolutionary phases
- Take meeting minutes and action items during meetings and performs basic follow-up
- Provide support on project management and illustrates how to use administrative tools
- Assist Analysts in creation of technical specifications and detailed software design documentation based on business requirements when required
Administration:Â Maintain an up-to-date inventory of Business Solutions; ensure lifecycle is being monitored and refreshed as needed - Collaborate with the business on their functional requirements, assisting them with procurement and planning activities
- Technical Documentation:Â Create technical documentation related to policies and processes managed by IS/IT department, continuously assesses and improves ITSM Knowledge Base and related areas.
Requirements for Role of Information Systems Specialist
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or Information Systems.
- Experience in MS Dynamics – Finance & Operations, Retail Commerce and Customer Engagement (CE).
- 2 years experience as IT Helpdesk, IT Project Coordinator or ERP System Administrator.
- Experience working with MSSQL, DAX, Python et al.
- Experience working with DataLakes/DataWarehouses/SnowFlake.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
Microsoft Certifications in MS Dynamics, MS Azure, MS Power Platform.
