We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager who can take charge of HR operations across multiple locations in the UAE. This pivotal role will involve working closely with the school owner to craft and implement HR strategies that are firmly rooted in our mission and values. Your efforts will play a crucial role in driving the growth and nurturing the professional development of our organization and its dedicated staff.
Responsibilities
– Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures tailored to the UAE education sector.
– Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including onboarding new staff.
– Resolve employee relations issues and implement disciplinary actions when necessary.
– Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
– Support employee development and engagement initiatives.
– Monitor HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
– Stay up-to-date with HR best practices specific to the UAE education sector.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Minimum 3 years of HR experience – within a school in the UAE would be preferable
– Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
– Proven experience in policy development, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
– Manage a team across multiple locations.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
– Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
– CIPD certification is a plus
