Duties of A Heavy Duty Driver

• Customer trucks deliveries on time without any penalty.
• Shipment clearances from shipping companies.
• Shipment inspection on custom ports.
• Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions.
• Arrive at destinations on schedule.
• Transportation of heavy equipment to the branch/site.
• Planning routes and meeting delivery schedules.
• To transport personnel, vehicles and documentation as required and to assist with general office duties as directed.
• Ensure vehicle is kept clean, tidy and in good working condition always.
• Transport vehicles from various locations in the UAE delivering them safely to the correct destination.
• Clear all new vehicles from ports and transport to required location (storage location or workshops).
• Drive the company vehicles safely, observing all traffic rules.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of a Heavy Duty Driver are as under:

• Valid UAE driving license.
• 1-2 years proven work experience as a Heavy Truck Driver.

Skills Desired

• Knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations.
• Speaks English.
