Key Responsibilities for Head of Primary Talent Pool Nord Anglia Education Dubai, AE

• Set and lead the strategic direction of the Primary School, driving both academic excellence and student wellbeing. Inspire and develop high performing teaching teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Champion innovation in teaching and learning. Embed evidence based practices and global citizenship into the primary curriculum. Engage with parents and the wider community to build trust and enhance the school’s reputation.
• Ensure operational excellence across all primary school functions. Maintain regulatory compliance and manage budgets effectively. Safeguard and promote student welfare at all times.
• Collaborate with other school leaders within the Nord Anglia global network. Share best practice and contribute to the organisation’s strategic goals. Finally, lead by example, creating an inclusive environment where every child can thrive.

Qualifications

You need Qualified Teacher Status or an equivalent teaching qualification. Extensive experience in primary education is essential, as is proven senior leadership experience with a track record of driving school improvement. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required to engage and influence diverse stakeholders including parents, staff, and board members. A results driven mindset with excellent analytical and organisational skills is also necessary. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing is non negotiable.
