Job Description
Shangri La Qaryat Al Beri Abu Dhabi is looking to hire suitable candidate for job role of a Guest Relations Officer for its Horizon Club. This vacancy was announced by the hotel on January 2, 2023. Candidates desirous for this role should submit their resume to begin with the application process.
Responsibilities of Guest Relations Officer
- Maintain a high standard of service and professionalism.
- Be an ambassador for the hotel.
- Be a point of call for all Shangri-La Circle members, VIP’s and Special Attention Guest’s.
- Work with Hotel colleagues to keep excellent service standards.
- Empathetically listen to client queries/complaints and work with colleagues/Service Manager to find solutions.
- Remain aware of all fire prevention/safety regulations and ensure that they are adhered to.
- Remain aware of all activities/goings-on within Qaryat al Beri.
- Be a focal point for what is happening within Abu-Dhabi, including events, restaurants, nightlife and family functions.
- Assist other departments where necessary.
Eligibility Requirement
The requirements of Guest Relations Officer are as under:
- Diploma or certification in Hospitality manager.
- 3 years of previous experience in luxury hospitality/customer service.
- Constantly strives to deliver a 5 star experience.
Skills and Knowledge Desired

- A warm and friendly character.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
