GEMS Education is hiring a FS Homeroom Teacher (PGCE Qualified) at GEMS Education Sharjah in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. This is a full-time position.

GEMS Education is recruiting a Foundation Stage Homeroom Teacher for one of its schools in Sharjah. This position requires a PGCE-qualified early years educator who can deliver the EYFS curriculum and create a nurturing, stimulating classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities for FS Homeroom Teacher

• Plan and deliver Foundation Stage lessons aligned with the EYFS framework
• Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment for children aged 3-5
• Monitor and assess children’s development across all EYFS areas of learning
• Use play-based and inquiry-led approaches to support holistic child development
• Communicate regularly with parents about children’s progress

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• PGCE with Early Years specialism or equivalent (mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years teaching Foundation Stage or Reception
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Experience in an international or British curriculum school preferred
