This 18‑month program immerses you in six‑month generalist rotations across business and support functions, followed by a twelve‑month placement in a specific area to develop specialist knowledge. You will support day‑to‑day operations, assist with project coordination, and participate in business challenges while attending structured learning and development workshops. Key Responsibilities

• Complete six‑month generalist rotations across various business and support functions, therefore gaining broad exposure to the organisation.
• Undertake a twelve‑month placement in a specific functional area to develop specialist knowledge and practical expertise.
• Support day‑to‑day operations within assigned teams and departments, contributing to real business projects and problem‑solving activities.
• Assist with project coordination, development initiatives, and preparation of presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in all assigned learning and development programmes, including training sessions and workshops to enhance professional skills and business knowledge.
• Collaborate effectively across teams and departments, therefore supporting organisational objectives and maximising overall team performance.
• Gain knowledge, practical exposure, and hands‑on experience across different areas of the organisation, from finance and marketing to sustainability and real estate.
• Contribute to teamwork and help drive continuous improvement within rotational placements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• UAE National holding a Family Book (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, Sustainability, Architecture, Real Estate, or any related field relevant to the business area.
• Recent graduate or final‑year student, with previous internship or work experience considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, therefore able to collaborate across diverse teams.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges, with strong prioritisation, organisational, and time management abilities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Commitment to completing the full 18‑month program and participating in all learning activities.
