Job Description
Shangri La Dubai is presently hiring suitably qualified and experienced candidate for the job role of Food & Beverage Sales Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible to proactively support the efficient operation of the Food and Beverage Department, ensuring the highest levels of financial performance and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities of Food & Beverage Sales Manager
- Actively and enthusiastically formulate and execute plans to drive F&B outlet performance thorough both internal and external guests.
- Effectively build corporate and other third-party relationships in order to deliver group business into the F&B outlets.
- Work effectively with Director of food and beverage to generate promotional plans and strategies to drive overall F&B outlet business performance.
- Develop and manage F&B revenue driving strategies and actions in order to increase guest numbers and drive overall revenue..
- Identify and target business opportunities, actively pursuing these to drive actualization.
- Collaborates with the F&B service and Culinary Team to develop and implement innovative menu offerings based on guest and market feedback.
- Communicate effectively across all hotel departments in order to build strong knowledge of F&B promotions, activations and products to driving sales.
- Drive alignment of all colleagues, team leaders and managers to ensure strong messaging of key initiatives and promotional material to all stakeholders.
- Effectively handle guest feedback and requests in order to ensure total satisfaction and drive loyalty.
- Improve service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand guest needs, providing guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed.
Requirements of Food & Beverage Sales Manager
The requirements of Food & Beverage Sales Manager are as under:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field
- Must have 2+ years working in a sales capacity in a luxury environment.
