Job Description

NAFFCO has been recognized by the Dubai Quality Appreciation Program in 2008, further cementing their status as a renowned leader in fire protection solutions. Currently they are looking to hire a Male candidate for the job role of a Fire Fighting Technician (Mechanical) in Jebel Ali Free zone، South Area، Jebel Ali Free Zone Street, Dubai, UAE. This is an Entry level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 1700-2500 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process.

Responsibilities of Fire Fighting Technician

  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of firefighting equipment to ensure optimal functionality during emergencies.
  • Utilize advanced firefighting techniques and equipment, including hoses, extinguishers, and aerial ladders, while adhering to safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with emergency response teams to coordinate fire suppression efforts and ensure timely evacuation of affected areas.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment inspections, training sessions, and incident reports to support compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Stay physically fit and prepared for the demands of firefighting tasks, including climbing, lifting, and operating heavy equipment.

Requirements for Role of Fire Fighting Technician

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in fire science or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in firefighting or emergency services is require.

  • Strong technical skills in operating firefighting systems, tools, and equipment are crucial.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
