Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage partnerships with local FIs and NBFIs to improve B2B trade payment services.

• Conduct market analysis to align with strategic goals and identify new partnership opportunities.

• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Risk, Compliance) to ensure product development and smooth operations.

• Lead partnership projects, ensuring timely delivery and regulatory compliance.

• Optimize payment processes and improve operational efficiency with partners.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic partnerships within the payments or fintech industry.

• Strong knowledge of local financial regulations, trade payments, and cross-border transactions.

• Proven ability to negotiate terms, manage complex agreements, and drive product success.

• Fluency in Mandarin and English is required; Arabic is a plus.
