Field Collection Specialist
Role Purpose
Field Collection Specialist is responsible to perform assigned role relating to the collection of official funds from the ADIB customers in coordination with the collection team leader, collection manager. His duties is to review the customer accounts and inform them by due dates of payments by phone calls, fax or e-mail, perform monthly assigned field visits and document findings and updating field visit form on timely basis. This will be achieved in a manner that is consistent with ADIB customer service code of practice and in confidentiality.
Key Metrics
- Achieving assigned business financial and non financial targets.
- Monthly field visits target achievement and completing documentation of visits conducted.
- Customer complaints.
- Handling walking customers and addressing their queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to delinquent customers as per the assigned territory and visit schedule.
- Negotiate with customers for settlement of overdue dues in line with bank policies.
- Collect payments through cheques and ensure timely deposit with the collection team.
- Update customer records and visit reports accurately in the system.
- Coordinate with the collection team leader and manager for escalation cases.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer data and adhere to ADIB code of conduct.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and Sharia guidelines.
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in collections, recovery or field sales within the UAE banking sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
