We are looking for a dynamic F&B Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of strategic marketing initiatives across our food and beverage outlets. This role will work closely with Global Marketing & Operations, Executive Chefs, Restaurant General Managers, and the Director of Marketing to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will bring strong strategic thinking, creativity, and execution skills to position our outlets as leading F&B destinations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with chefs and managers on promotional menus
- Monitor and evaluate social media performance
- Plan and execute seasonal and tactical marketing campaigns
- Coordinate photo and video shoots aligned with brand standards
- Oversee digital platforms, reservation systems, and third-party channels
- Ensure brand consistency and storytelling across all channels
- Manage and implement outlet-specific F&B marketing action plans
- Drive brand awareness, visibility, and revenue across all outlets
- Develop and execute the F&B Annual Strategic Marketing Plan
