Job Description
At Chalhoub we express the exceptional! As a Fashion Consultant you will be responsible for achieving individual and collective sales targets while delivering exceptional Guest Experience; and ensuring support in the implementation of CRM, CX and other key customer and people initiatives in-store.Â
Responsibilities of Fashion Consultant
- You will collect data on customer behaviour, top sellers, slow movers which will be key input for business reviews.
- Drive client relationships within an omni-channel approachÂ
- Provide pre-buying feedback on productsÂ
- Drive eNPS through people experience initiatives and cultureÂ
- Ensure adherence to VM guidelines and Standard operating procedures (SOPs)Â
- Ensure click and collect are conducted within SLAs (Service-level agreement)Â
- Ensure customer data is properly capture in adherence to marketing team requirements.
- Promote loyalty program (MUSE) and stay up-to-date with app offerings etc..Â
- Support with in-store marketing events and activationsÂ
- Keep abreast of all brand social media activities and campaignsÂ
- Drive sell-throughs within the storeÂ
- Support in-store CX initiativesÂ
- Provide input to what’s working well/what’s not working well within the storeÂ
What you’ll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in retail, fashion styling, or customer service.
- English and Arabic communication skills.
- A background with leather goods within fashion retail.
- A KPI driven attitude.
