Facilities Manager NAFFCO Dubai

NAFFCO is currently looking to hire a candidate for the job role of a Facilities Manager at Jebel Ali Free zone، South Area، Jebel Ali Free Zone Street,  Dubai, UAE. This is an Intermediate level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 15000-25000 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process.

Responsibilities of Facilities Manager

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of facilities, including buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Manage and coordinate facility projects, including renovations, expansions, and relocations.
• Monitor and control facility budgets, ensuring that expenses are within approved limits.
• Ensure compliance with applicable health and safety regulations and codes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors, ensuring high-quality service and cost-effective solutions.
• Plan and schedule preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure the longevity of facilities and equipment.
• Manage facility staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

Requirements for Role of Facilities Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a similar industry.
