Job Description

Executive Human Resources at NMC Royal Hospital assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties. Candidate carries out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: departmental development, employee relations, training and development, organization development, and employment. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 6000-13000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Executive Human Resources

  • Communicate with Doctors, Nurses and general candidates regarding the recruitment procedures.
  • Preparing for performance appraisals to be given to the staff.
  • Maintains and processes all employee records, documents, and files.
  • Answers general questions regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office
  • The Human Resources assistant helps with the implementation of services, policies, and programs through HR staff; reports to the HR Manager, and heads of the departments with HR issues.

Requirements for Role of Executive Human Resources

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in related field or its equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of general experience, Human Resources experience.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • With computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment.
  • With good spoken and written English communication skills. Arabic language is advantageous/desirable but not essential.
  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices of the country.
  • With good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
