Job Description
DAMAC Group is currently hiring skilled and motivated candidate for the job role of Executive Handover in Dubai.
Functional Accountabilities
- Contact the clients and try to take appointments to hand over their units.
- Handle all complaints and client queries receives through walk in fax, letters and e-mails and resolves their issues within specified timelines
- Liaise as client interface and main contact point throughout the physical property handover to deliver a positive client experience.
- Help the client through the property handover process once the handover legal and financial formalities are completed.
- Manage appointments with the clients for viewing/snagging and assist with any DLP warranty service request or issues.
- Follow-up with the QA team for the snag rectification and update the client and system.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure client requirements are met and company obligations are delivered.
- Create the documents, invoices and all the paperwork regarding the handover process.
- Validate FF&E and OS&E and obtain customer sign off.
- Responsible for any notifications or comments concerning the clients related to the site during and after the finishing process.
- Inspect ready units along with the client during home orientation in the final stages of handover and make sure that a detail snagging is carry out and follow up with the consultants and ensure if the work is complete.
- Update client on the facilities/amenities/retail outlets available in their community.
- Hand over keys, manuals and other relevant documents to clients after verification of the necessary documents.

- Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carry out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Demonstrate compliance to organization’s values and ethics at all times to support the establishment of a value drive culture within the organization.
Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction
Reporting:
- Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate statements and reports to meet department requirements, policies, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2 years in administration or customer service roles.
