Executive – General Administration Full-time

The Executive – General Administration provides day-to-day administrative and office support to Dr. Moopens Healthcare Management Services LLC (part of Aster DM Healthcare), ensuring the smooth running of general administration, facilities, and support services at the corporate office.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to departments, including documentation, correspondence, and record-keeping.
• Coordinate office services such as facilities, supplies, vendors, and maintenance requests.
• Support travel, meetings, events, and visitor management arrangements.
• Maintain accurate administrative records, trackers, and filing systems (physical and digital).
• Liaise with internal teams and external service providers to resolve administrative matters.
• Assist with purchase requests, invoices, and follow-up on approvals and payments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Prior experience in general administration or office support, preferably within healthcare.
• Good organisational, coordination, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
