Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications

• UAE National (Emirati) — valid Family Book required at time of application.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a recognised institution. Clinical or healthcare-related degrees are preferred for medical department roles.
• For healthcare professional positions: valid DOH licence to practise in Abu Dhabi, plus a completed or in-progress DataFlow verification report.
• Clinical certifications required for healthcare roles: BLS is essential. ACLS, PALS, and PHTLS/ITLS certifications are strongly preferred and may be required depending on the specific position.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage professionally across diverse teams and patient populations.
