Candidate will lead a team of technical personnel, ensuring that all equipment, special effects, and entertainment systems operate flawlessly to create magical moments for visitors of all ages. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 12000-25000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Entertainment Technical Manager

• Manage and oversee all technical aspects of entertainment productions, including live shows, parades, and themed marque events and sales events.
• Ensure that audio, video, lighting, special effects, and other technical systems meet high standards of quality and safety.
• Supervise a team of technical specialists, including technicians, engineers, and stage technicians.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to foster a collaborative and high-performing team.
• Collaborate with creative teams, directors, and designers to execute technical elements of live shows and events.
• Oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of equipment during shows and events.
• Develop and enforce safety protocols to protect the well-being of both guests and staff.
• Ensure that all technical operations comply with company, industry and regulatory standards.
• Manage budgets in the absence of Entertainment Senior Technical Manager, equipment inventory, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance, repairs, and upgrades as needed
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the entertainment industry.
• Integrate new technologies and techniques to enhance the guest experience and maintain the park’s competitive edge
• Focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring that technical elements contribute to the overall theme and storytelling of the park.

Requirements for Role of Entertainment Technical Manager

• Bachelor’s degree related Technical Qualifications (e.g., Theater Production, Electrical Engineering, or similar) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in live shows and events.
• Minimum 2 years’ Experience in installation of AVL systems including show control and network.
• Minimum 4 years worked in live shows and events in a technical role.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Able to adhere to strict timelines.
• Clear understanding of both written and spoken English.
• The knowledge of operating of Entertainment shows systems and show control systems are a must.
• Keen interest in technology. Familiar with latest technologies and implementation.
• Proven ability in troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
