Enterprise Architect Emirates Transport Dubai

Emirates Transport is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Architect to define and design Enterprise IT Architecture strategies and solutions in Dubai. This role plays a crucial part in aligning Cloud, Digital, Applications, and IT strategies with business objectives, ensuring they are operationally resilient, scalable, and adaptable to future growth. Additionally this role will establish and maintain an optimal governance framework for organizational Enterprise Architecture. This is a mid level full time role. For this position salary can range between 15000 to 30000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of An Enterprise Architect

• Ensures adherence to the Enterprise Architecture Section’s annual operating plan and budget.
• Monitors work processes, reports key metrics, and coordinates with other Digital and IT Department sections.
• Leads enterprise architecture assessments and strategies in cloud, digital, and application domains.
• Defines overall IT architecture aligned with organizational objectives, focusing on cloud and digital technologies.
• Determines and plans IT requirements and capacity for current and future digital solutions.
• Establishes standards for cloud and application development and governs their implementation across IT.
• Defines migration strategies for key business applications like Oracle ERP, Salesforce, etc.
• Leads cloud infrastructure architecture initiatives (e.g., OCI, Microsoft Azure).

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of an Enterprise Architect are as under:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Enterprise Architecture preferred.
• Cloud Certifications (Preferably Azure).
• Oracle and Salesforce Certifications.
• TOGAF.
• 9-12 years of experience in enterprise architecture.
• Ability to define and implement technology standards and governance across IT, including cloud and application development.
• Strong project management skills, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and equipment upgrades/replacements.
• Familiarity with modern cloud technologies such as containerization and hypervisors to support digital applications.
