Emirati Pharmacist (Part‑Time / Full‑Time) HealthHub, Dubai Full-time

This role reviews and prepares prescriptions, dispenses medications, and provides clear patient counselling on dosage, interactions, side effects, and storage – all within Al‑Futtaim’s network of more than 20 HealthHub Clinics across Dubai. You will support physicians and healthcare teams with pharmacological guidance to optimise patient outcomes, while maintaining accurate pharmacy records and inventory management. Consequently, your clinical expertise directly enhances community healthcare delivery in a modern, well‑equipped environment that holds the Gold Seal from Accreditation Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and prepare prescriptions, ensuring accuracy and full compliance with UAE regulations and DHA standards.
• Dispense medications and provide clear patient counselling on dosage, potential interactions, side effects, and proper storage.
• Support physicians and healthcare teams with pharmacological guidance, therefore optimising patient outcomes across multiple specialties.
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements and clinic protocols.
• Support inventory management and ensure safe storage of medications, including temperature‑sensitive and controlled substances.
• Uphold safety, infection control, and quality standards at all times. Participate in ongoing professional development and service improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (doctors, nurses, administrators) to deliver patient‑centric care.
• Contribute to the pharmacy’s role in HealthHub’s evidence‑based, “We Hear You” approach to healthcare.

Requirements & Qualifications

• UAE National (Emirati) with a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from a recognised institution.
• Valid DHA Pharmacist license or clear eligibility to be licensed in Dubai.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pharmacist, preferably in a community or clinical pharmacy setting.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic is strongly preferred for direct patient‑facing care.
• Strong computer literacy and clinical documentation skills, including pharmacy management software.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.
• Commitment to upholding safety, infection control, and quality standards.
• Flexibility to work rostered shifts across mornings, afternoons, and evenings across multiple clinic locations in Dubai.
