Emirati Patient Relations Executive – Part-Time UAE Full-time

This role provides end‑to‑end operational support to patients at HealthHub Clinics in JVC and Festival City, managing insurance claims, appointments, invoicing, and medical coding protocols. You will act as the liaison between physicians, patients, and third‑party payers, ensuring accurate data flow while handling cash, credit, and insurance payments. Consequently, your customer service and financial reconciliation directly enhance patient experience and clinic operations within Al‑Futtaim’s award‑winning healthcare network (Gold Seal by Accreditation Canada).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end operational support to patients, including insurance verification, appointment scheduling, invoicing, and general customer service.
• Ensure accurate flow of medical information and patient data between physicians, patients, and third‑party payers using medical coding protocols.
• Act as a liaison for insurance claims, billing, and payment parties. Therefore, resolve discrepancies and facilitate timely reimbursements.
• Organize and manage patient records and clinic paperwork, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Deliver high‑level customer service by guiding patients through clinic processes and supporting daily operations.
• Handle cash, credit, and insurance payments. Reconcile transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Support a safe and welcoming clinic environment. Participate in safety and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (physicians, nurses, administrators) to ensure the best patient care at all times.

Requirements & Qualifications

• UAE National (Emirati) with a graduate degree in any stream. Relevant qualifications in healthcare administration or customer service are an advantage.
• Valid DHA license or eligibility to practice in Dubai.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance, cash handling, customer service, or invoicing, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of medical insurance coding, invoicing, cash handling, and patient relations.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic is an advantage.
• Excellent computer literacy and documentation skills, including proficiency in clinic management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and decision‑making abilities.
