Job Description

United Al Saqer Group UAE (UASG) is presently recruiting for the job position of ELV Engineer. Successful candidate after selection will work at  SAMA Integrated Smart Systems in Abu Dhabi. Desirous candidates having experience in Low Current Security Systems must avail this oppertunity to be part of the globally renowned company.

Job Purpose of ELV Engineer

To design, implement, and maintain electronic systems, such as security, communication, and audio-visual systems, to ensure they meet safety, functionality, and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities of ELV Engineer

  • Must have good experiences and expert knowledge of storage, server, switch, and VMS configurations.
  • CCTV, ACS, PA Troubleshooting to verify they are working properly as per requirements.
  • Supervise a team of technicians and provide necessary support to them when required.
  • 24/7 support availability.
  • Ensuring that all ELV systems meet relevant industry codes, standards, and safety regulations.
  • Daily work on incidents, service requests.
  • LAN, WAN, WIFI, Router & access point configuration.
  • Analyse and clarify customer technical inquiries.
  • Provide technical expertise in ELV systems and stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Maintain credentials of all sites.
  • UAE Driver’s License is an Advantage.
  • Oversee the installation of ELV systems, ensuring that work is carried out correctly, safely, and according to design specifications.
  • Reliability, Ability to work under pressure and ability to precise in communication are must.

Who Can Apply?

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or in a related field.

Experience 

  • Minimum of 3 or more years ELV Engineer experience in Low Current Security Systems.

Skills & Knowledge Required

  • Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
  • Comfortable handling of confidential information and documents of the company.
  • Able to accept criticism and work well under pressure.
  • Multi tasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
