Job Description

NAFFCO is currently looking to hire a candidate for the job role of a Electrical Design Engineer in Fire Fighting Trucks & Vehicles at Jebel Ali Free zone، South Area، Jebel Ali Free Zone Street, Dubai, UAE. This is an Intermediate level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 7000-15000 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process.

Responsibilities of Electrical Design Engineer

  • Able to create Work instruction, electrical schematics .Should have high knowledge in control Systems, CAN BUS systems.
  • Ability of using CAD (Auto CAD & solid works), MS Office.
  • Able to issue designs as per design projects schedule.
  • Able to understand technical specification and negotiate design details.
  • To cooperate with mechanical design team for locating electrical items on the vehicles.
  • Able to read and understand international standard for automotive design.

Requirements for Role of Electrical Design Engineer

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical design for fire fighting systems.
  • Experience working in the fire protection industry is highly desirable.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards.
  • Proficiency in electrical design software and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in design work.
