Harrow International School Dubai is seeking to appoint an outstanding ECA Coordinator to join its founding school.

Job Purpose:

The ECA Coordinator is an important role within the Academic Leadership Team responsible for coordination of all extra-curricular activities to support with the smooth running of the school

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise and update teachers regarding ECA timetables and student elective choices i.e. all homeroom teachers given student ECA choices and location
• Inform receptionist regarding changes to ECA timetable and location
• Prepare and monitor half yearly ECA timetable
• Liaise with parents via websites and newsletter
• Cover absent teachers during ECAs
• Form part of the middle management group to model and support school policy and decision making

Skills

Education:

Good level of Education, ideally Bachelors degree holder with excellent written and spoken English

Experience:

A minimum of 2 years working in a similar field
