Majid Al Futtaim presently has a job opening for suitably qualified and experienced candidate for position of a DPH Category Manager (Detergents, Personal Care, Home Care). The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with buyers as well as supporting purchases for MAF Retail and also responsible for assisting with selection and examining products that get to store shelves, in catalogues, and online.

Duties of A DPH Category Manager

• Implement effective strategies for sourcing goods and maintaining desired stock levels.
• Research and review new products to meet company’s goals.
• Implement negotiation strategies to secure profitable deals.
• Identify profitable suppliers and initiate partnerships.
• Oversee and optimize the product assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies for Detergents, Personal Care, and Home Care products to drive sales and profitability.
• Cultivate relationships with existing and future suppliers.
• Utilize network to expand supplier base and attend trade shows to identify new product trends and potential suppliers.

Eligibility Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
