Assist in maintaining project Quality Assurance plans and document control procedures.
- Register, log, and distribute incoming and outgoing project documents (drawings, reports, procedures, material submittals, etc.)
- Maintain document control registers, trackers, and filing systems (electronic and hard copy).
- Upload and manage documents in EDMS platforms (ACONEX/PMWEB/SharePoint) under supervision.
- Ensure documents are properly identified, numbered, and stored according to project requirements.
- Assist in maintaining version control and preventing use of superseded documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect required QA/QC documentation.
- Follow up with vendors and subcontractors for submission of required quality documents.
- Support preparation of inspection reports, material submittals, method statements, and quality records.
- Assist in compiling QA dossiers and handover documentation packages.
- Retrieve records for internal and external audits when requested.
- Maintain records of NCRs, CARs, and corrective actions as directed by senior staff.
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies while performing document control activities.
- Perform other quality-related administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Associate Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- Prior experience as a Document Controller on marine, dredging or EPC projects preferred.
- Working knowledge of EDMS platforms such as ACONEX, PMWEB or SharePoint.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
