Job Overview
As the Director of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in our finance and accounting team, overseeing all aspects of company finance including budgeting, allocation, and planning. Your expertise will be crucial in advising stakeholders on financial matters and ensuring the efficiency of our finance operations.
Responsibilities
– Lead finance staff and provide guidance on financial strategy.
– Develop and manage annual operating budgets.
– Supervise financial reporting and compliance.
– Implement internal audit programs.
– Maintain effective financial management systems.
– Direct financial planning and analysis.
– Oversee audit and tax functions.
– Develop accounting policies and budgets.
– Manage risk and internal controls.
Qualifications & Skills
– ACCA/CPA/CA with 15+ years of experience.
– Experience at overseeing multiple companies within a group.
– Experience of working for a holding group.
– Proven leadership in finance roles.
– Strong financial management and analysis skills.
– Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
– Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
