We are looking for a high-performing Digital Marketing Manager to lead our data-driven growth strategies. In this role, you will design and execute multi-channel campaigns, optimize our paid advertising budgets (Google, Facebook, Instagram), and scale our SEO presence. You will bridge the gap between market insights and creative execution, ensuring our digital footprint drives measurable business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Research: Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies. Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to guide strategic decisions.
- Paid Advertising (PPC): Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads through rigorous A/B testing and precision targeting.
- SEO & Analytics: Oversee end-to-end SEO strategy (keyword research, link-building) and track performance metrics using web analytics tools to deliver actionable insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal content, design, and development teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Professional Branding: Maintain a strong, updated professional profile on LinkedIn to represent the company’s digital standards and network effectively.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a heavy emphasis on performance marketing.
- Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of paid search, paid social, SEO strategies, and Google Analytics.
- Languages: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Telugu and Hindi is highly valued.
