Job Description

Health & Medical Services Co. is seeking a Dialysis Technician to join their talented team in Dubai. This job opportunity was announced by the company on January 22, 2024 and is now open for applications from interested candidates. The incumbent will assemble, maintain dialysis machines and monitor patients undergoing dialysis treatment.

Responsibilities of Dialysis Technician

  • Maintain the highest cleanliness and safety standards when operating the machines.
  • Demonstrate ability to prioritize tasks ensuring effective functioning of the area.
  • Follow the chain of command in reporting incidents or concerns.
  • Prioritize workload and complete correspondence in a timely manner.
  • Ensure safe working environment through strict compliance with Hospital Policy and Procedure regarding safety, infection and security.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of and ability to render care and services based on age, appropriateness and developmental needs of patients.
  • Perform interventions / procedures in accordance with established standards of care and policy and procedures.
  • Identify and respond to urgent / emergency situations appropriately and directs team members in a calm, proficient manner.
  • Ensure the sterilization of operating equipment prior to usage.

Qualification & Experience

Following are the requirements for the role of Dialysis Technician at HMSCO:

  • High school Diploma & Accreditation from a dialysis technician program.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in UAE or home country.
  • DHA/ DOH/ MOH license.
