We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to support the daily operations of our nursery. You will play a key role in ensuring a high standard of care, education, and overall nursery performance while fostering a positive environment for children, staff, and parents.
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Availability: Immediate joiners only
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and quality standards
- Support marketing and enrollment initiatives to grow the nursery
- Maintain a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children
- Build strong relationships with parents and ensure effective communication
- Lead, train, and support nursery staff
- Support curriculum delivery in line with EYFS standards
- Oversee daily nursery operations to ensure smooth functioning
