Department Coordinator NAFFCO Dubai

NAFFCO is currently seeking to hire a candidate for the job role of a Department Coordinator in Jebel Ali Free zone، South Area، Jebel Ali Free Zone Street, Dubai, UAE. This is an Intermediate level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 3000-3500 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process.

Responsibilities of Department Coordinator

  • Coordinate and manage department activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Assist with the creation and distribution of departmental communications, such as memos and newsletters.
  • Maintain departmental records and files, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible.
  • Support department members with administrative tasks, such as document preparation and data entry.
  • Assist with the coordination of department events and conferences, including logistics and attendee management.
  • Monitor department budgets and expenses, working closely with finance to track and reconcile spending.
  • Research and compile data and information for department reports and presentations.

Requirements for Role of Department Coordinator

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as business administration or communications.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a coordinator or administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and positive attitude.
