Responsibilities of Data Entry Operator

• Ensure all the RMA’s are posted in the company’s system on daily basis.
• Generate invoices.
• Ensure proper filing of all related documents.
• Liaise with the sales team for any discrepancy in the customer returns.
• Stock responsibility in the absence of the storekeeper.
• Following up with accounts and invoicing data entry for hold orders.
• Arrange with store keeper for stock taking.

Elgibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of an Data Entry Operator is as under:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience infield of Warehousing. 

Skills Desired

• Advanced MS Office. 
• Good communication skills (English Language oral and written).
• Able to work in a diverse and multicultural environment. 
• Ability to complete the assigned work within the stipulated time period. 
• Working knowledge on Oracle.
