Job Description
- To plan and install the solutions as per the scope of Work
- Providing hardware and software support for all the customers
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks devices
- To generate more business from the customer
- Hands on experience with Security, Networking , server and storage
- To be available and responsible for any issues at customer site related to the solution
- To make the customer satisfied and make sure for the repeat business
- Commercial Awareness and negotiation skills
- Strong Problem Solving and Decision Making skills
- Strong Project Management skills
Requirements of Customer Support Engineer
- Experience (Yrs& Field) : 5+ Years UAE experience
- Educational Qualification :Â Diploma /BE, Should have valid UAE DL
- Professional Certifications: MCSE , CCNA , Cisco ,HP, Fortinet, Sonicwall, MS, Azure etc.
- Skills & Abilities:
- Virtualizations: Hyper V and VMWare, MS Cloud Technologies: Office 365 ,Azure, SharePoint, Active directory, Backup and recovery : Acronis and Veeam Backup, Mail solutions: MS Exchange and Office 365, Security Solution: Sonicwall , Cisco & Fortinet, WiFi Solutions  : Aruba, Cisco, Meraki, TPLINK, Firewall solution : Fortigate.
