Responsibilities of Customer Services Representative
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide product information, resolve issues, and address concerns.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Track order status and communicate updates to customers.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop a strong understanding of our product line to assist customers effectively.
- Stay informed about product updates and promotions.
- Contribute to a positive team culture and actively participate in training programs.
Requirements of Customer Service Representative
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Previous experience of less than 1 Year in customer service or related role.
Skills & Knowledge Desired
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with consumer goods is a plus.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
