Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or any related field
- Diploma holders with relevant customer service experience can also be considered
Responsibilities
- Process orders, returns, and refunds efficiently
- Assist customers with product troubleshooting and technical issues
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the system
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
