We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Service Executive to manage incoming customer communications and actively drive sales generation. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their queries are handled professionally while identifying opportunities to recommend products and services that fit their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Respond to incoming customer calls, emails, and chats promptly and professionally. Provide detailed information about products and services while building strong customer relationships.
- Sales Generation: Identify and seize sales opportunities by understanding customer needs. Achieve and exceed targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Problem-Solving: Handle customer complaints and troubleshoot product/service issues efficiently to provide timely resolutions.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain detailed, accurate records of all customer interactions, transactions, and sales activities in the database.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development) to pass along customer feedback and improve overall satisfaction.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and nurture sales leads.
