The selected candidate will join company’s customer service team and will work to address customers inquiries, resolving issues and providing positive customer experience. Job Purpose of A Customer Service Agent
- Provides support services to residents and companies seeking information relating to Tasleem cooling services.
- Provide customers with correct information and assist with the fulfillment of cooling service contracts & processing payments.
Job Duties of A Customer Service Agent
- Have a professional and courteous attitude while dealing with customers.
- Recognize when a customerās query requires escalation and facilitate through the established protocols as well as remain primary contact for the customer from engagement to resolution.
- Follow complete protocols for new contracts, payment processing/reception & application processes.
- Understand the policies and procedures for customer contracts, move in and move outs, payments and suspension process.
- Timely process customer payments in cash, cheque or card and issue receipt for each such payment.
Qualification & Experience
- High School diploma / certificate.
- Ā 2-3 years experience in relevant field.
