Responsibilities of CRM & Visual Merchandising

• Help the CRM team to organise, plan and create target audience for each push.
• Update the online catalogue on a monthly basis for 12 stores.
• Support in stores from a CRM and marketing point of view.
• Ensure the client telling app is running smoothly.
• Communication with the stores & some suppliers.
• Occasional support on VM supporting the VM Manager (1 day a week) visits to store when there is a new collection launch/Sales set up/marketing events.
• Sales permit follow ups with stores/making sure all stores submit the weekly VM reports on time.

Requirements for Role of CRM & Visual Merchandiser

• An Associate degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior design, graphic design or in related fields.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Good knowledge in Powerpoint and Excel.
• Will be determine to succeed.
• Take initiative, listen, learn and challenge the status quo.
• Think like an entrepreneur and are motivate to create success.
