Job Description

Creative Director at Mohamed Hilal Group in FCQ+P8X, University City, Sharjah, UAE will be responsible for driving the creative strategy, concept development, and implementation for all brands within the organization. This role will elevate brand identity, ensure consistency across all creative assets, and foster innovation within the creative team. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 15000-30000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Creative Director

  • Creative Concept Development:
  • Develop unique, true-to-brand, compelling, and innovative creative concepts that leverage market and industry trends to fulfill brand objectives.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead and manage the creative team, including designers, visual merchandisers, copywriters, packaging designers, and directors.
  • Inspire and motivate the team to push boundaries and explore new creative horizons.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to develop compelling campaigns, events, activations, and visual content.
  • Asset Development:
  • Oversee the development of necessary physical and digital assets required for marketing and other creative projects.
  • Brand Alignment:
  • Ensure all creative work is aligned with brand guidelines and business goals, maintaining consistency across all channels and touchpoints.

Requirements for Role of Creative Director

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 2+ years experience as a Creative Director or in a similar role within Luxury goods industry, .either on the client side or at a creative agency.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and effective creative work.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
  • Deep understanding of current market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Proficiency in design software and project management tools.
