Corporate Trainer IFZA Dubai

Under the guidance of the Academy Manager, the Corporate Trainer at IFZA is required to work with other members of the IFZA Academy to identify internal and external training needs, develop training materials, deliver training sessions, and monitor the outcomes of all sessions delivered. The IFZA Academy aims to produce impactful training sessions across a broad range of topics to a multicultural audience, using both face-to-face and online delivery platforms. This is a mid level full time role. The salary for this role ranges from 8000 AED to 20000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.

Responsibilities of Corporate Trainer

• Planning, creating, and delivering training sessions both on site and at client offices.
  
• Identifying internal and external training needs and working with the Academy Manager and other relevant departments to develop appropriate materials and programs.
  
• Keeping abreast with the latest updates related to training courseware and best practices and international trends and research.
  
• Conducting evaluations and training needs analyses to identify areas of improvement.
  
• Maintaining a database of training materials.
  
• Supporting the Academy Manager with any tasks as required. 

Eligibility Requirements for Role of Corporate Trainer

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• 3-4 years of proven work experience as a Corporate Trainer or other similar roles relevant to adult education.
• Experience in designing, developing, and executing classroom and online led training sessions, using different online platforms and the latest training methodologies to create impactful presentations.
