Job Description

Coordinator VIP Patients at NMC Royal Hospital will be responsible for coordinating the provision of world-class VIP services to guests. Directs the exceptionally friendly, professional, and efficient welcoming of all VIP guests. Ensures prompt and complete satisfaction of guest requests in a professional and timely manner as well as resolution of any guest complaints. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 6000-12000 AED/month.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates exceptionally friendly, professional and efficient reception, registration, and account settlement for all VIP guests.
  • Oversees the satisfaction of all guest requests and the resolution of all complaints received by any VIP.
  • Inspects all VIP rooms daily to determine any specific Housekeeping or Engineering deficiencies, coordinates attention to the completion of these specific deficiencies.
  • Interacts frequently with VIP guests to aid and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Ensures the daily replenishing of amenities through Housekeeping and Rooms Service teams.
  • Coordinates with other departments’ e. g. Insurance, finance, nursing, etc. to ensure that the client’s journey is smooth and efficient.
  • Exemplifies the company’s vision, mission, and values.
  • Ensures that client & employee confidentiality is always maintained.
  • Works at maintaining a good rapport and cooperative working relationship with physicians, departments, and staff.
  • Represents the organization in a positive and professional manner.
  • Ensures compliance with all policies and procedures regarding operations.

Requirements for Role of Coordinator VIP Patients

  • Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare management, nursing, business administration, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a healthcare or hospital environment, with a focus on patient coordination.
