CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATION MANAGER Full-time

NMDC Group is hiring a Contracts Administration Manager in Abu Dhabi, UAE to lead post-award contract management for major EPC, marine and dredging projects. The role manages a team of Contract Engineers and Administrators and acts as focal point for clients, consultants and subcontractors on commercial and contractual matters.

Responsibilities

• Administer main contracts and subcontracts from award through to closeout in line with FIDIC and bespoke conditions.
• Lead change management, variation orders, claims and dispute resolution with clients and subcontractors.
• Ensure timely issuance of notices, correspondence and reservation of rights in accordance with contract terms.
• Manage payment certifications, retentions, bonds, guarantees, insurances and contract closeout deliverables.
• Develop contract risk registers and provide commercial advice to Project Managers and senior management.
• Support tendering team with lessons learned and improvement of standard contract templates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law or related field.
• Minimum 12–15 years of contract administration experience on large EPC, marine or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC suite and Middle East contractual practice.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting and stakeholder management skills.
• MRICS / CIArb membership preferred.
