Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with content writers to ensure content is well-structured, proof-read, finalized, and ready for production.
- Coordinate with the audio team to ensure audio and written content is consistent and perfectly aligned with each other.
- Work alongside the app development team to ensure content is uploaded and integrated seamlessly into the mobile app.
- Oversee the organization of all curriculum files, maintaining proper naming conventions, version controls, and content calendars.
- Act as the point of contact for all content-related coordination, facilitating smooth communication between teams.
- Monitor content production timelines and ensure all deliverables are met on schedule.
- Assist in quality control, checking content for consistency, clarity, and alignment with the company standards.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proof reading, editing, organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams (writers, audio production, and app development).
- Excellent language, communication and coordination skills.
- Good understanding of content management tools.
- Experience working in content production, publishing, or project coordination is a plus.
- Proactive problem-solving attitude and ability to meet deadlines.
Additional Information
- This is a remote-based role initially.
- Flexibility to coordinate with teams across different time zones.
- Experience as an editor will would be very useful.
- Familiarity with personal development and spirituality would be very useful.
