Purpose of Senior Associate Content Creator

  • To write and create different sorts of pieces for company’s offline and digital media including writing blog posts, articles, eBooks, social media posts as well as content for Aldar website.
  • Manage requests from other departments to create content based on business requirements.

Job Duties of A Senior Associate Content Creator

  • Develop continuous brand content that is relevant and interesting reflecting the brand personality and pillars with the Corporate Marketing team and retainer agencies.
  • Create various content types (videos, stills, infographics) with relevant tone and style, adhering to Aldar brand.
  • Target content to specific audiences and focus on trending topics that fit the brand.
  • Coordinate with the digital and social team to measure the success of the content and to push optimization tactics when needed (e.g. conversion and bounce rates).
  • Responsible for designing, art working and supplying corporate and projects graphics for events and exhibitions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to fitch for potential campaign or able ideas that help in empowering the brand.
  • Ensure constant content update across all owned channels, screens, touch points etc.
  • Tackle and deploy brand health research results by creating brand content that addresses areas of strength or weakness.
  • Evaluate, document and report campaign results to direct manager and the wider team.
  • Receive requests from departments to assist in creating own content (offline and  digital).
  • Able to execute content using the various tech / platforms such as Adobe Suite.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, Marketing and Communication or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 plus years of working experience in content creation preferably in a marketing agency.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

  • Proficient in MS Office Applications.
  • Proficient in using Adobe suite (Premier Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Excellent attention to detail and proven creative skills.
  • Fluent in English and preferably Arabic.
  • Ability to deliver under pressure and work on multiple tasks.
