We are looking for a highly experienced Construction Manager to oversee on-site execution of large-scale solar power projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Electrical or Civil Engineering and hands-on experience managing utility-scale solar projects (100MW–500MW).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage on-site construction activities for solar projects.
- Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Ensure project execution aligns with design specifications, timelines, and budget.
- Monitor daily site progress and resolve construction-related issues.
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards and UAE regulations.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and engineering teams.
- Review drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards are met.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 12+ years of construction experience.
- Mandatory experience in solar projects only (no other industry experience preferred).
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects (100MW–500MW).
- Strong expertise in site execution, construction supervision, and project delivery.
- Experience handling multiple contractors and large site teams.
- Must be willing to work full-time on-site in Dubai.
- No visa issues in UAE.
