Guildhall is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and manage construction activities for a major infrastructure project in Dubai. The role requires a strong background in civil engineering, infrastructure works, and UAE construction experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality, and safety standards.
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and resources efficiently to meet project schedules and budgets.
- Monitor progress, report on KPIs, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and authorities to resolve technical and operational issues.
- Implement best practices for construction methods, risk management, and site safety.
- Supervise substructure works, including foundations, slabs, underground utilities, and other civil works.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in infrastructure or large-scale civil construction projects in the UAE.
- Experience in train stations, airport or similar large civil/infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors on high-value projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
